This policy explains how Shahla Akbar Qureshi, trading as Gulmohar Aangan Artistry ("we") collects and uses your personal data when you use this website or shop with us, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email and delivery address when you order or contact us.
- Order and payment details. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store them.
- Basic usage data such as pages visited, to improve the website, only with your consent where required.
Why we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders, and to issue GST invoices.
- To answer your questions on WhatsApp, phone or email.
- To send offers on WhatsApp or email only if you have opted in. You can stop any time.
Who we share it with
- Payment processing: Razorpay.
- Delivery partners, only what is needed to deliver your order.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Unfinished orders
If you enter your mobile number at checkout and leave before ordering, we keep your bag and number for up to 30 days so we can help you finish your order on WhatsApp. It is deleted after that, or sooner if you ask.
Cookies
- Necessary: your bag, wishlist and cookie choice are kept in your browser so the site works. These are always on.
- Analytics: helps us see which pages and prints people visit, only if you allow it.
- Marketing: lets us measure our ads on Google and Meta, only if you allow it.
- You can change your choice any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to our grievance officer below. We keep order records for as long as tax law requires.
