Frequently asked questions
Is a Jaipuri bedsheet hand block printed?
Not always. Many Jaipuri sheets online are machine printed. Our hand block range is printed by hand with carved wooden blocks in Sanganer and Bagru. Our Jaipuri print range is screen printed and labelled that way on every product.
Will the colour run in the wash?
Hand printed colours can release a little in the first washes. Wash separately in cold water for the first three washes and dry in the shade. After that the colour holds and the cotton gets softer.
What size is a king size bedsheet?
Each print comes in one size, shown on its page. Our queen sheets are 229 × 254 cm (90 × 100 in), king sheets 254 × 274 cm (100 × 108 in), and our largest king and super king sheets 274 × 274 cm (108 × 108 in), with room to tuck on a standard king bed.
